Return & Exchange Policy

•    Product(s) can be exchanged/returned to our Warehouse within the 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packing should be in its original condition with invoice attached. Products bought on sale are NOT eligible for exchange. Colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings therefore products are not eligible for exchange for this particular reason. Furthermore, please be advised that any additional fabric, or patches included with the product, are mentioned in the product description on the website. Any excess fabric or embellishments utilized during shoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned in the description.

LOCAL ORDERS (WITHIN PAKISTAN)

•    Product size of full priced items can be exchanged (if stock is available) by sending the product back to our WH via a local courier service within 7 days from the delivery date. In this case the return courier charge will not be borne by Designerz.

•    Exchange for another item is applicable for full priced products only by sending the product back to our WH via a local courier service within 7 days from the delivery date. In this case any additional cost on top of the item and the courier charges will have to be paid by the customer.

•    We offer free pick up services for items if a wrong product or defected item was delivered. Claim period for these issues is 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the replacement process time for pickup and delivery can take up to 3 weeks’ time depending upon the availability of the item. 

•    We do not offer any courier service compensation if the customer send the item back unless requested by our representative.

•    This is requested to our valued customers to strictly follow washing instructions. Incase of unstitched articles we recommend soaking and drying the fabric prior to getting it sewed to ensure shrinking (if any) has taken place already.

•    The current exchange rate will be applied on the refund of the items returned/exchanged.

•    If the item that is being returned happens to go on sale then the compensation will be determined based on the current discounted price rather than the original purchase price.

•    Please note that once your returned product is assessed by the relevant team, you will be offered an exchange/store credit (e-currency - which is only applicable ONLINE). subject to availability.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

•    We do not offer Return and Exchange on any of our International orders. In case of any defective or damaged item being received by the customer, a fresh item will be sent again after necessary investigations of the claim. If the ordered product/size is not available in stock anymore, a full amount of store credit or a full refund shall be offered to the customer.

•    The customer should notify discrepancy within 7 days of the online order being delivered. Designerz will not cater any exchange/return after the above-mentioned time period.

•    The current exchange rate will be applied on the refund of the items.

•    If the item that is being returned happens to go on sale then the compensation will be determined based on the current discounted price rather than the original purchase price.

•    Designerz monitors return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges at Sana Safinaz online and offline stores in all instances.

Refund

We have a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock or defected. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two weeks of being processed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

We shall not entertain any claims pertaining to refunds in case the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Instead, (usable on the website ONLY) shall be issued against the refused parcel once it has been received back at our Warehouse.

In case of out of stock articles, a partial refund (for paid orders) will be credited back to your account (if requested) after the remaining order is shipped and if the entire paid order is cancelled then the refund will be processed within approximately two weeks’ time.

The current exchange rate will be applied on the refund of the items returned/exchanged.
